I have received the Claddagh locket and it is lovely. I would like to tell you why I wanted to get this locket... last August, my best friend Patrick and I had an argument about how to pronounce " Claddagh":. (I won.) Not too long after that, Patrick died suddenly from injuries in a car accident. I was looking for a locket for two pictures I have of him and I remembered that there was a lot of Claddagh jewelry available and so I went in search of a locket. It just seemed so fitting- our friendly dissagreement about how to pronounce the word and what Claddagh stands for. It was a perfect choice for a way to remember my friend.
